This is a mobile service: the technician travels to you, whether that's a house, a vehicle or a business.
Identification
On any lockout, the technician asks for evidence that the property or vehicle is yours before opening anything.
Estimates
Work begins only after the estimate is understood and accepted.
Guarantee
What is installed is guaranteed, and so is the work that installed it.
Doors and hardware already damaged
If the door, frame or cylinder is already failing, the technician says so before starting rather than after.
Governing law
State law where the work is performed applies to this agreement.
